  • IV therapy is the infusion of fluids, vitamins, nutrients, and medications directly into the bloodstream through an intravenous (IV) line for optimal absorption.

  • IV therapy may support hydration, energy, recovery, and overall wellness. Common benefits include:

    • Treatment and prevention of dehydration

  • Yes, when administered appropriately. All services are performed by licensed medical professionals following medical protocols and safety guidelines.

  • No. All services are provided under our medical director after a required intake form and medical screening.

  • All IV therapy and injections are administered by licensed registered nurses under physician oversight.

  • No. Clients must be 18 years or older to receive services at Drip Into Wellness.

  • No, we do not offer colonics.

Appointments, Scheduling & Concierge Services

  • Yes. Appointments are required to ensure proper medical screening and availability. Walk-ins are not guaranteed.

  • Concierge service is a personalized option where our medical team comes to you. This service also allows us to better accommodate clients who are disabled or have limited mobility.

  • For services within Knox County, TN, the concierge fee is $40.
    For locations outside Knox County, the fee is $60.

    The concierge fee is waived for groups of 10 or more clients receiving IV hydration therapy.

  • Yes. We offer mobile IV therapy for homes, hotels, events, and corporate wellness. Availability varies by location and date.

  • Yes. Injection-only concierge appointments are available with a minimum of 4 guests receiving injections.

  • Yes. We provide group, event, and corporate wellness services. Advance booking is required.

  • Yes. Please refer to our cancellation policy on the website or contact the office for assistance.

Pricing, Insurance & Payment

  • No, we do not accept insurance. We accept HSA/FSA cards, all major credit cards, and Afterpay.

  • Our pricing is listed on each service menu. If you do not see a price, please call our office at 865-214-6064 for assistance.

  • Yes. Memberships and wellness plans are available and offer exclusive benefits. Details can be found on our website or by calling the office.

  • Yes. We offer:

    • 10% off for healthcare workers, first responders, law enforcement officers, and veterans

    • 15% off for college students

    Valid identification or verification is required prior to treatment.

  • No. Our nurses are medical professionals and tipping is never expected or required.

Medical Eligibility & Safety Considerations

  • Possibly. Certain conditions require medical clearance or protocol adjustments. (Heart, Liver, and Kidney Disease EXCLUDE you from IV fluids in this setting) Please complete your intake form honestly so our medical team can determine eligibility.

  • In many cases, yes. However, certain symptoms or conditions may require rescheduling or medical clearance for safety.

  • Yes, you can receive IV fluids without vitamins. 

  • Potential side effects may include mild discomfort, bruising, or pain at the IV site, inflammation of the vein, or — in rare cases — allergic reactions. All services are administered by licensed medical professionals following medical safety protocols.

  • Yes. We use high-quality, medical-grade vitamins and supplies sourced from reputable pharmacies and vendors.

The IV Therapy Experience 

  • Most IV drips take 45–60 minutes, depending on the service and individual tolerance.

  • This varies by individual. Fluids and vitamins remain in the body until they are metabolized or naturally excreted, depending on your health, activity level, and hydration needs.

  • Absolutely. Many clients work, read, scroll, or relax during their session. Comfort is encouraged.

  • Eat a light meal, hydrate, and complete all intake paperwork prior to arrival to avoid delays.

  • Wear comfortable clothing with easy access to your arms. Short sleeves or loose layers work best.

  • That’s okay — many clients are. Our nurses are experienced, gentle, and take extra time to ensure your comfort.

  • Our nurses are highly skilled in IV placement and will assess the safest option for you during your visit. Many times we have a vitamin injection suitable if access is not achieved.

  • Yes. Most clients feel well enough to drive and resume normal activities after their session.

  • Some clients feel benefits immediately, while others notice improvements over the next 24–48 hours. Results vary by individual.

Services, Add-Ons & Customization

  • Fortifiers are additional vitamins or amino acids that can be added to your IV drip as a booster to support specific wellness goals.

  • Yes. We offer stand-alone vitamin injections based on eligibility and medical screening.

  • Often, yes. Some injections or add-ons may be combined with IV therapy depending on medical appropriateness.

  • Frequency varies based on goals, lifestyle, and health needs. Our team can help guide a safe and effective plan.

Wellness Goals & Use Cases

  • Yes. Many clients use IV therapy for hydration, recovery, muscle support, and performance optimization.

  • Many clients use IV therapy to support hydration and recovery before or after travel.

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

    • Late cancellations may result in the concierge fee being charged

    • Group appointments (two or more clients) may be charged 50% of the booked service plus the concierge fee if proper notice is not given

    • Non-mobile appointments are subject to a $50 late cancellation fee

    Please contact the office as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.

    • Concierge fees are non-refundable. 

    • IV therapy/drip costs will be refunded if you are not a medical candidate or IV access cannot be obtained.

    • There are no refunds for injections, injection bundles, memberships, or gift certificates
